* Experience: 2+ Years of relevant office/sales coordination experience

* Location: Marine Lines, Mumbai (Work from Office)

* Office Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

## Job Description & Key Responsibilities

As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will manage vital back-office operations and serve as the central point of contact between our sales engineers, warehouses, and industrial clients:

* Quotation & Invoice Management: Promptly prepare and dispatch accurate commercial quotes, proforma invoices, and customer sales orders.

* Sales Back-Office Support: Provide comprehensive administrative backup to the field sales team to help streamline day-to-day cycles.

* Order Tracking & Operations: Coordinate closely with internal dispatch teams and PAN-India warehouses to track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.

* Customer Support: Manage inbound client inquiries via phone and email, resolving questions regarding pricing, order status, or material availability.

* Data Management: Organize customer databases, log inquiries into the internal network, and maintain clean tracking sheets in MS Excel.

## Key Requirements

* Highly proficient in professional Email communication and handling basic MS Excel spreadsheets.

* Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities.

* Clear verbal communication skills (Ability to speak functional English and Hindi).

* Background in managing commercial documentation (invoices, purchase orders, or quotes) is highly valued.
