Sales Engineer

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer for Industrial Bearings Sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical support related to bearing products and solutions across industries such as automotive, manufacturing, steel, cement, mining, and heavy engineering.

• Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new customers for industrial and automotive bearings.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order closures.
• Expand business with OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients.
• 2. Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Visit customer sites regularly to understand technical and operational requirements.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• 3. Technical SupportRecommend suitable bearing products based on customer applications.
• Provide technical guidance regarding installation, lubrication, maintenance, and troubleshooting of bearings.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams for complex customer requirements.
• 4. Reporting & CoordinationPrepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, logistics, and accounts for smooth order execution.
• Maintain customer database and sales records in CRM systems.
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
