Job Summary


We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated fresher to join our team as a Business Development & Product Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities, developing business opportunities across channel partners and key accounts, and assisting customers in identifying the right solutions from our product portfolio. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in sales, business development, and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities


Product Demonstrations & Pre-Sales Support


Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers, channel partners, and end-users.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

Support the sales team with product information, technical clarifications, and proposal preparation.

Assist in preparing product comparisons, presentations, and solution recommendations.


Post-Sales Support


Coordinate with customers to ensure successful product implementation and onboarding.

Address customer queries and provide basic product training and support.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships after sales closure.


Business Development


Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.

Build relationships with potential customers, channel partners, system integrators, and corporate clients.

Support business expansion initiatives across assigned territories and markets.

Assist in achieving sales targets through proactive customer engagement.


Channel & Key Account Management


Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and distributors.

Support partner enablement through product training and regular engagement.

Assist in managing key customer accounts and ensuring long-term business relationships.

Coordinate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth.


Reporting & Market Intelligence


Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.

Submit regular activity reports and pipeline updates to management.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.


Required Skills & Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts.

Willingness to travel for customer meetings, demonstrations, and partner visits.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Self-motivated, eager to learn, and goal-oriented.
