Job Description
• Generate leads for Personal Loans through cold calling and digital channels.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
• Convert leads into loan applications by providing end-to-end assistance.
• Follow up with prospective customers to ensure timely completion of the loan process.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Assist customers with application forms, document submission, and KYC verification.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and loan disbursement targets assigned by the company.
