💼 Job Description

We are urgently hiring Customer Sales Executives for its Life Insurance processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to confidently explain insurance products and convert customer enquiries into sales.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls and understand their insurance requirements.

Explain life insurance products, plans, benefits, and features clearly.

Generate leads and convert potential customers into successful sales.

Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Maintain accurate customer information and call records.

Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.

Follow company sales processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

✅ Eligibility

HSC + 2 Years of Experience OR Graduate + 1 Year of Experience

Good English & Hindi communication skills

Sales/BPO experience preferred

Strong convincing and customer-handling skills

Target-oriented and confident personality

Immediate Joiners Preferred

💰 Salary

₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

+ incentives ( no cap on incentives )

🕘 Working Hours

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

6 days working 1 rotational off
