Glutape India Private Limited is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive (Inside Sales) to join our growing team. If you enjoy interacting with customers, generating business, and achieving sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, telecalling, WhatsApp, and online research.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Convert leads into customers through regular follow-ups.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Generate repeat business through excellent customer service.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and payments.
• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM after every interaction.
• Track daily sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Eligibility -

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline preferred (12th Pass with relevant experience may also apply).

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, or Business Development.

Experience in B2B Sales, Manufacturing, Chemicals, Industrial Products, or Product Sales will be an added advantage.
