Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive from garment/textile industry to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth commercial coordination from inquiry to order execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, enthusiastic for field visits to meet clients and excellent follow-up skills with experience in the garment, uniform, textile, or fabric industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inquiry & Quotation Management: Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations/cost sheets, coordinate internal approvals & timely submission of quotations, maintain pricing accuracy & commercial compliance
• Order Conversion & commercial validation: Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders, ensure clarity on commercial terms, pricing, payment conditions, and delivery commitments. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
• Lead Generation & New Business Development: Develop new customers and generate business opportunities through market research, references, networking, and field visits. Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.
• Buyer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong buyer relationships with existing & prospective clients, respond promptly to customer requirements & concerns, conduct regular follow ups to repeat business.
• Payment Follow-up & Commercial Coordination: Follow up on advance payments and outstanding collections, work closely with Accounts and Operations teams to ensure smooth transaction flow, Monitor customer credit and payment status.
• Sales MIS & Reporting: Maintain sales trackers, MIS reports, and customer databases. Track sales performance, conversion ratios, revenue achievements, and customer activities.

Desired Candidate

• Profile 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Merchandising, Uniforms, Garments, Fabrics, or Textile Industry.
• Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP software.
• Target-oriented with strong customer handling abilities & very open & comfortable for field visits/travel.
