Job Description
- Lead generation and prospect management: Identify new sales opportunities through market research, cold calling, emails, and networking.
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Product demonstration and presentation: Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers, explaining their benefits.
- Sales process management: Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals, handling customer inquiries, and resolving objections.
- Negotiation and closing: Negotiate contracts and agreements to meet customer needs and company goals.
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and progress using CRM tools.
- Achieving targets: Work towards and meet or exceed monthly or annual sales quotas.
- Market intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and results.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a smooth client experience.
- After-sales support: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify any issues.
