Job Description

Handle walk-in enquiries, calls, WhatsApp leads, and social-media enquiries.

Explain gym memberships, MMA, Calisthenics, Strength Training, Dance, Zumba, and other available programs.

Conduct basic gym tours and communicate membership benefits clearly.

Follow up with leads daily through calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain lead details, follow-up status, and conversions in the CRM or lead sheet.

Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Encourage prospects to book trial sessions or visit the gym.

Support membership renewals, referrals, and upselling of suitable plans.

Coordinate with trainers and the front-desk team for smooth onboarding.

Collect customer feedback and report common questions or objections to the manager.
