Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager – Wooden & Metal Door

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead the marketing and sales efforts for our Wooden & Metal Door, Sheet metal fabrication. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Wooden & Metal Door industry and proven experience in Real Estate & Construction.

 

·        Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Wooden & Metal Door,    kitchens, and related products

·        Identify and engage potential clients (interior designers, architects, builders, Real Estate & Construction).

·        Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities

·        Visit project sites, showrooms, and exhibitions to expand market reach

·        Build brand awareness and manage customer relationships

.       Show products, explain materials, pricing, design options, and customization details.

.       Prepare and share quotations based on customer needs.

.       Coordinate with the production team for orders and delivery timelines.

.       Attending client meeting and ensure products are presented well.

.       Handle basic billing, order entry, and customer queries.

.       Field Sales:Visit potential clients, offices, builders, and companies to promote furniture products.

.       Conduct product presentations at client locations.

.       Generate leads through field visits, networking, and follow-ups.

.        Prefferd experiance in real Estate.

 

Job Location : Mumbai & Pune

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, or Marketing preferred).
  • 5 years experience in building materials / metal doors / fire doors / industrial products.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets and work independently in field sales.

 

Key Attributes

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Technical understanding of metal or fire-rated door products (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
