Job Description – Sales Manager (Real Estate)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented sales manager with experience in the real estate industry.

The candidate should have strong communication and client handling skills with experience in investment-based property sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate projects and investment opportunities. • Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and investment benefits to prospective clients.

• Arrange and coordinate client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential investors and customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain client data and update CRM records regularly.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and closure.

• Provide market insights and competitor updates to management. Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong understanding of real estate sales and investment concepts.

• Ability to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or investment advisory.

• Experience in handling customer calls, meetings, and property presentations.

• Candidates with strong local market knowledge will be preferred.
