Job Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Manage and motivate a team of immigration sales consultants and counselors.
Handle inquiries from prospective clients regarding immigration, study visas, work permits, PR, and business migration programs.
Conduct consultations to assess client eligibility and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training to improve sales effectiveness.
Build relationships with referral partners, agents, and corporate clients.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
Coordinate with visa processing and documentation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
