Job Description

Talk to customers politely on phone and WhatsApp.

Take customer orders through WhatsApp.

Send product photos, catalogues, price lists and other details to customers.

Follow up with customers for pending orders and payments.

Answer customer questions and solve basic queries.

Build good relationships with customers.

Contact new customers and increase sales.

Share new arrivals, offers and updates with customers on WhatsApp.

Coordinate with the office, dispatch and production team for smooth order processing.

Welcome customers and attend to them professionally.

Show and explain garments to customers when they visit the office or showroom.

Help customers select designs, sizes and quantities.
