About the Role: We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our business in the digital printable media and wallcovering industry. The role involves generating leads, building relationships with print houses, architects, interior designers, branding agencies, and wallpaper dealers.

This is a high-communication role where approximately 70% of the work involves calling and follow-ups, while 30% involves client meetings and field visits.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Communication
• Make outbound sales calls to potential clients daily
• Follow up with existing leads and customer inquiries
• Introduce company products and explain specifications confidently
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and networking
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Share catalogues, quotations, samples, and product details via WhatsApp/email
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, dispatch, and order updates
• Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates in CRM/Excel
• Client Visits & Market Development
• Visit clients for meetings, product presentations, and sample demonstrations
• Meet print houses, architects, interior designers, hotels, and branding agencies
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable media solutions
• Attend exhibitions, networking events, and market visits when required
• Build long-term partnerships with dealers and distributors

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone for long durations
• Confident personality with strong follow-up ability
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
• Ability to travel locally for client visits
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, Excel, and email communication
• Experience in printing, wallpaper, interior, branding, signage, or advertising industry is preferred
