Job Description

  • Sales & Membership Handle walk-ins, enquiries and gym tours.
  • Make calls and follow up with leads on WhatsApp.
  • Explain membership plans, offers and services.
  • Convert leads into memberships and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain lead records and follow-ups.
  • Generate referrals and support renewals.
  • Handle member queries professionally.
  • Social Media & Marketing Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Google Business Profile.
  • Create and post Reels, Stories, photos and videos.
  • Shoot gym, trainer, transformation and testimonial content.
  • Create basic creatives using Canva/CapCut.
  • Respond to DMs, comments and online enquiries.
  • Promote offers, events and campaigns.
  • Track social media engagement and leads.
