Key Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings at client offices, residences, architect studios, and builder sites
- Understand client requirements (automation, AV, lighting, networking)
- Present Nexus solutions confidently
- Coordinate with technical team for feasibility
- Follow up consistently until closure
2️⃣ Presentation & Proposal Creation
- Create customized client presentations (PPT)
- Prepare solution briefs
- Assist in BOQ coordination with technical team
- Create visually strong concept decks
- Ensure all presentations follow Nexus brand guidelines
3️⃣ Lead Generation
- Follow up on website / Instagram inquiries
- Coordinate with architects & interior designers
- Attend networking events
- Maintain lead database
- Track sales pipeline
4️⃣ Marketing Support
- Coordinate with digital marketing agency
- Suggest content ideas from site visits
- Support experience center visits
- Collect testimonials & feedback
- Promote experience center appointments
