Sales & Marketing Executive – Real Estate (Postgraduate Preferred)

Role Overview
Aayoni Group is seeking a highly driven and professional Sales & Marketing Executive to lead the promotion and sale of its residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into buyers, and building long-term client relationships while maintaining the premium positioning of Aayoni developments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution
Drive sales of residential and commercial units across Aayoni projects
Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → site visits → negotiation → closure
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong pipeline and follow-up discipline
Client Handling
Conduct site visits and presentations for prospective buyers
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable offerings
Build trust with HNI and retail clients
Ensure smooth coordination from booking to possession
Marketing & Lead Generation
Work closely with digital marketing teams for lead generation campaigns
Develop channel partner network and broker relationships
Participate in exhibitions, events, and on-ground activations
Suggest innovative marketing strategies to improve conversions
Market Intelligence
Track competitor projects, pricing, and positioning
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and pricing trends
Assist in product positioning and pricing strategy
Documentation & Compliance
Ensure all sales are compliant with RERA and company policies
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation
Coordinate with legal and finance teams for closures
Candidate Profile
Education
Postgraduate (MBA in Marketing / Sales preferred)
Experience
1–5 years experience in real estate sales (preferred)
Fresh postgraduates with strong aptitude may also apply
Skills Required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle HNI clients confidently
Target-driven mindset with ownership attitude
Good understanding of real estate market dynamics
CRM and digital tools familiarity
