Job Description: Sales Promoter (Home Appliances)
Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Promoter to represent our brand in retail outlets. You will be the face of our home appliances range, responsible for engaging customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales growth.
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 (depending on experience and interview performance).
- Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives (if applicable).
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Proactively approach customers in the store to understand their needs.
- Product Demos: Provide detailed demonstrations of home appliances (e.g., Washing Machines, Refrigerators, Microwaves).
- Sales Targets: Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective pitching and closing.
- Stock & Display: Maintain the display units and ensure all promotional materials are correctly placed.
- Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports and customer feedback logs.
Required Profile:
- Experience: 1+ years in retail sales (Home Appliances or Consumer Electronics preferred).
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, persuasive selling skills, and a professional appearance.
