Sales Representative

Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Representatives to promote and generate demand for our OTC healthcare products through doctors, chemists, and distribution networks. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and expanding market presence in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote company’s OTC products through doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals
• Regularly visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals for product detailing
• Generate prescriptions through ethical promotion strategies
• Appoint and manage distributors and dealers in the assigned territory
• Ensure product availability at chemists and retail outlets
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and channel partners
• Conduct market research and provide feedback on competitor activities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Science / Pharmacy preferred, but not mandatory)
• 1–5 years of experience as a Sales Representative / Pharma Sales
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Ability to build professional relationships with doctors
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of OTC / Healthcare products
• Experience in doctor-through/ doctor based marketing
• Distributor and dealer network handling experience
