Sales Support & Lead Generation Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Research and prepare databases of corporate companies and decision-makers.
• Conduct 50–80 cold calls daily to introduce our products and services.
• Generate and qualify new business leads.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Send company profiles, quotations, and follow-up emails.
• Maintain customer records in Excel/CRM.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
• Assist with general office administration and coordination.
• Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred).
• Confidence in speaking with corporate clients over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and Internet research.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification

• Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream).
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experience in telecalling, administration, or lead generation will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹10,000 per month (Fixed)

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:45 AM to 6:45 PM

Performance Expectations

• 50–80 cold calls per day.
• Add 30–50 new companies to the database daily.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain accurate records.
• Achieve assigned weekly and monthly targets.
