Job Description
Team Lead – Field Sales (Office-based)
Biofrost (Aamrita Global Pvt. Ltd.) is hiring a Team Lead – Field Sales to lead and manage our Field Sales Executive (FSE) team from our Mumbai office. Starting with Maharashtra and scaling pan-India, you will lead strategy, track performance, and own hiring and training end-to-end.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor all Field Sales Executives: Daily visits, coverage, and targets, starting in Maharashtra and expanding across India.
- Build and lead field sales strategy: beat planning, territory coverage, and target setting
- Review team and individual performance; coach and lead FSEs to hit their numbers.
- Own FSE hiring end-to-end — sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Train and enable the team on product, pitch, and field discipline.
- Occasionally visit doctors and clinics, and accompany FSEs on field visits to support and guide them.
- Prepare and share regular performance reports with management.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years in field sales, with team-leading/team-handling experience mandatory.
- Strong computer skills — Excel, CRM, and daily reporting.
- Excellent communication and people-management skills.
- Comfortable leading and scaling a growing field team.
- Willing to travel occasionally for doctor visits and field accompaniment.
- Healthcare, Pharma, or Medical Devices experience preferred.
- Based in Mumbai / able to work from office.
Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000/month + incentives.
