Job Description
Position: Team Leader – Legal Services
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Team Leader to manage and guide a team of Case Managers, Legal Fees Collection Executives, and Client Relationship Executives. The Team Leader will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring service quality, achieving operational targets, and delivering an excellent client experience.
- Key Responsibilities: Team Management Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of executives.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team productivity.
- Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
- Provide coaching, training, and continuous feedback.
- Operations Management Ensure timely client onboarding and case allocation.
- Monitor payment collections and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with Case Managers, Advocates, and Operations teams.
- Resolve escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Performance Management Track individual and team KPIs.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Prepare performance reports and share insights with management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Quality & ComplianceEnsure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Review client interactions for quality and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records and CRM updates.
- Ensure confidentiality of client information.
- Client Relationship Handle high-priority and escalated client cases.
- Build strong relationships with clients and advocates.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the case lifecycle.
- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- 3–5 years of experience in Team Handling, Sales, Customer Support, Collections, Operations, BPO, or Business Development.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in leading a team is preferred.
- Required Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- CRM and MS Office proficiency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Team productivity and target achievement.
- Client satisfaction and response time.
- Payment collection performance.
- Case allocation and closure timelines.
- Team attendance and adherence.
- Quality audit scores.
- Employee performance and retention.
- Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in legal services, banking, financial services, insurance, BPO, or customer service operations.
- Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
