Job Description

Nail Aura Studio is looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to help grow our salon. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, building customer relationships, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
  • Convert phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-in inquiries into confirmed appointments.
  • Increase repeat client bookings through regular follow-ups.
  • Promote and sell salon services, memberships, and packages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to improve retention.
  • Coordinate and execute local marketing activities, referral programs, and influencer collaborations.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to service completion.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and recommend strategies to improve revenue.
  • Support day-to-day salon operations, including appointment scheduling and team coordination.
  • Collect Google reviews and client feedback to strengthen the salon’s online reputation.
