Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end executive support to Founder.
  • Manage calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting management
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations (PPT), update google sheets and business reviews
  • Drive cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Medical teams
  • Track action items, follow-ups, and project timelines
  • Support strategy execution, business planning, and special projects
  • Handle stakeholder management (internal & external communication)
  • Prepare meeting agendas, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and documentation
  • Conduct data analysis, market research, and business insights generation
  • Assist in operations coordination and process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information
  • Ensure confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in handling all personal matters.
  • Oversee onboarding coordination for selected personnel, including documentation, background checks, and initial orientation.
