Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end executive support to Founder.
- Manage calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting management
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations (PPT), update google sheets and business reviews
- Drive cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Medical teams
- Track action items, follow-ups, and project timelines
- Support strategy execution, business planning, and special projects
- Handle stakeholder management (internal & external communication)
- Prepare meeting agendas, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and documentation
- Conduct data analysis, market research, and business insights generation
- Assist in operations coordination and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information
- Ensure confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in handling all personal matters.
- Oversee onboarding coordination for selected personnel, including documentation, background checks, and initial orientation.
