Job Description
We're hiring a dedicated Operations Guard (Bodyguard/Office Guard) to maintain safety, order, and a calm atmosphere in our office. Perfect for vigilant individuals with a focus on security and staff well-being—beginners with basic training or enthusiasm for protective roles are encouraged.
- Operations Guard: Monitor office premises by walking around and observing staff activities, ensure compliance with safety protocols, prevent disruptions, maintain a calm and professional atmosphere, assist with access control (visitors, deliveries), report incidents, and provide basic support during emergencies. Act as a bodyguard for key personnel if needed, with emphasis on de-escalation and positive interactions. Required: Basic security training (e.g., certifications in guard duties, first aid, or conflict resolution), physical fitness, strong observational skills, and good communication. Experience in security, military, or similar fields is a plus; reliable freshers with a commitment to safety are welcome.
