Job Summary:
Action Guard Force is hiring Security Guard Supervisors to manage and oversee daily security operations at client sites. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, responsible, and capable of leading a team of security guards while ensuring safety and protocol compliance.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage on-site security guards during shifts.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and proper conduct of security staff.
- Assign duties and prepare daily duty rosters.
- Monitor CCTV, entry/exit points, and ensure site security protocols are followed.
- Report any suspicious activity or incidents to management immediately.
- Conduct regular patrolling and surprise checks to ensure alertness.
- Maintain daily logs, visitor registers, and incident reports.
- Coordinate with building management or clients for smooth security operations.
