Senior Account Executive

Looking for a candidate in the role of Accounts Payable with minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience. 

Qualification Preference - Inter CA. Other qualifications can also apply.

Must Have - Industrial Experience

SAP/ERP Experience will be considered preferred.

1. Review vendor ledgers for payment processing, ensuring correctness of balances, TDS deductions, and supporting documents before releasing payments.

2. Verify vendor master details prior to creation and ensure proper routing for final approval.

3. Prepare periodic Management Information System (MIS) reports.

4. Review inter-unit transactions and ensure timely closure of vendor GLs.

5. Assist in month-end closing activities such as booking of provisions, commission, and interest computations.

6. Prepare and issue Form 15CA and coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for obtaining Form 15CB certification.

7. Compile and assisting in preparing data required for Income Tax and GST assessments.

8. Handling a team of 2 and supervising their activity.
