Senior Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work extensively on ERPNext for accounting, finance, taxation, inventory, procurement, and reporting functions.
• Manage ERPNext modules including Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Stock, Asset Management, GST setup, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate transaction recording, reconciliation, and statutory compliance through ERPNext workflows and controls.
• Assist in audits, financial reviews, and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage accounts finalization, GST compliance, taxation, TDS filing, and overall tax compliance for the company.
• Oversee finance and accounting operations to ensure accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance.
• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax Returns, and maintain records as per regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial transactions.
• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and financial statements to support management decision making.
