Job Description

  • Audit & AssuranceConduct statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and risk-based reviews.
  • Evaluate internal controls, accounting systems, and operational efficiency
  • Assess IT general controls (ITGC), access controls, data security, and system governance.
  • Review cybersecurity frameworks, vulnerability management, and incident response preparedness.
  • Identify risks in digital processes, cloud environments, and financial software systems.
  • Support clients in strengthening controls against fraud, cyber threats, and data breaches.
  • Participate in information systems audits and recommend process automation improvements.
  • Manage direct and indirect tax compliance including Income Tax, GST, and TDS.
  • Prepare and review returns, audit reports, and statutory filings.
  • DISA, CISA, ISO 27001, or cybersecurity-related certifications preferred.
  • Experience in system audits, forensic reviews, or IT compliance assignments is an advantage.
