Senior Accountant

Bookkeeping & Ledger Management: Maintain accurate books of accounts, record day-to-day transactions, and perform regular bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations to ensure clean and up-to-date financial records.

Tax Compliance: Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances, ensuring timely filings, reconciliations, and adherence to all regulatory requirements.

Financial Reporting & Finalization: Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and supporting schedules.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Monitor cash flow, prepare cash flow forecasts, manage receivables and payables, and support efficient working capital planning.

MIS & Financial Analysis: Prepare monthly MIS reports, budgets, variance analyses, and key financial metrics to provide management with actionable business insights.

Audit & Compliance Support: Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits by preparing audit schedules, maintaining proper documentation, and ensuring continuous audit readiness.

Investor & Management Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, due diligence data, and documentation required for investors, lenders, and board reviews.

Financial Controls & Process Improvement: Ensure data accuracy within accounting systems (Tally/Odoo), strengthen internal controls, and identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.
