Senior Accountant

Independently maintain and manage books of accounts up to finalisation — P&L, Balance

Sheet, and all supporting schedules

Handle complete accounting for the LLP as well as personal accounts of the

partners/promoters

—

Manage end-to-end GST compliance — monthly/quarterly returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B),

annual return (GSTR-9), reconciliations, and ITC tracking

—

Oversee TDS workings, deductions, and timely filing of TDS returns (26Q, 27Q where

applicable)

—

— Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements

— Liaise with statutory auditors and tax consultants for audits and filings

— Prepare MIS reports, monthly summaries, and ad hoc financial analysis for management

— Maintain import-related documentation — invoices, Bills of Entry, LC/DA/DP accounting

Ensure compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act / LLP Act, Income Tax

Act, and FEMA (basic level)

— Coordinate with the CA firm for income tax return filing and assessments

8–10 years of hands-on accounting experience in a trading / import / distribution

business

— CA Inter passed or articleship-trained under a practicing CA firm — strongly preferred

— Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax for business entities

— Proficiency in Tally Prime (mandatory); working knowledge of MS Excel

— Prior experience handling both business and personal/HNI accounts simultaneously

— Familiarity with import accounting — Bills of Entry, freight, CIF/FOB treatment in books

— High degree of accuracy, ownership, and ability to work with minimal supervision

— Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi

— Prior experience in a specialty chemicals, commodities, or import-heavy trading firm

— Familiarity with ICEGATE / customs duty entries and reconciliation

— Basic understanding of LLP statutory compliances (ROC filings, DIR-3 KYC, etc.)

— Experience with GST notices or departmental correspondence
