Senior Accountant – Job Description

Nidhi Decor Pvt Ltd is hiring a Senior Accountant for a full-time, on-site role in the Finance & Accounts department. The candidate will independently manage the complete accounting and finance operations for multiple company entities.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle complete bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting

* Manage GST filings, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GST reconciliation

* Handle TDS deductions, filings, returns, and compliance

* Prepare bank reconciliations, debtor/creditor reconciliations, and audit schedules

* Prepare Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements

* Coordinate with Chartered Accountant (CA) for audits and statutory filings

* Supervise and review the work of a Junior Accountant

* Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and timely reporting

Requirements

* B.Com mandatory; M.Com or CA Inter preferred

* 3–8 years of accounting experience

* Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliation, journal entries, and books finalization

* Ability to manage multiple company accounts independently

Working Details

* Full-Time, On-Site

* Monday to Saturday

* Timing: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

* 45-minute lunch break

* 2 paid leaves per month
