Job Description
Prepare and generate monthly client invoices.
Verify attendance, manpower deployment, and supporting documents before billing.Prepare client-wise billing MIS and revenue reports.
Ensure billing is completed within timelines as per contract terms.
Handle debit notes, credit notes, and invoice revisions.
Follow up with clients for invoice acknowledgements wherever required.
Maintain billing records and documentation.
Support payment reconciliation and outstanding tracking.
Ensure GST compliance in billing and coordination with Accounts.
