Job Description



*Key Responsibilities


1) Sales & Business Development


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporate offices, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, and residential projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and procurement teams.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions.
  • Close high-value deals and ensure order conversion.


2) Key Account Management


  • Manage relationships with existing key customers.
  • Ensure repeat business and long-term contracts.
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.


3) Team Management


  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
  • Set individual targets and monitor performance.
  • Conduct regular review meetings and provide coaching.


4) Market Research


  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding pricing, product demand, and market opportunities.


5) Coordination with Internal Teams


  • Coordinate with design, estimation, production, and project teams for accurate costing and timely execution.
  • Ensure smooth order processing and delivery.


6) Reporting & MIS


  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Update CRM and maintain customer records.

  • Knowledge of furniture products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Understanding of commercial terms, tenders, and contracts.
  • CRM and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
