Job Description
*Key Responsibilities
1) Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporate offices, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, and residential projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and procurement teams.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions.
- Close high-value deals and ensure order conversion.
2) Key Account Management
- Manage relationships with existing key customers.
- Ensure repeat business and long-term contracts.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
3) Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Set individual targets and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular review meetings and provide coaching.
4) Market Research
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to management regarding pricing, product demand, and market opportunities.
5) Coordination with Internal Teams
- Coordinate with design, estimation, production, and project teams for accurate costing and timely execution.
- Ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
6) Reporting & MIS
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards.
- Update CRM and maintain customer records.

- Leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of furniture products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of commercial terms, tenders, and contracts.
- CRM and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
