Service Engineer

MNP Momentum is a defence focused technical solutions start up, incorporated in June 2025, led by Mr. Madhukar Parikh, a seasoned professional in defence industry. MNP Momentum is actively supported by senior (Retd) defense personnel pushing up the cumulative experience in this industry to upwards of a century.

The Company is actively engaged in lifecycle oriented services covering machining, refurbishment, sustainment & selected subsystem repairs. MNP Momentum is set to capture opportunities in defence exports and has already developed international collaborations globally.

As a part of its growth agenda, the Company requires a technical engineer having experience in repair, refurbishment & field execution.

The Candidate

We are looking for a proactive hard working individual who can work in a start up environment. The candidate will be required to handle diagnosis, repair, and refurbishment of electronic systems, including site execution. He should support identification of repair opportunities and convert them into workable solutions. The position requires extensive travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and execute repair/refurbishment of electronic systems
• Assess feasibility of rebuild, re-engineering, or lifecycle extension
• Carry out/assist in site repairs, inspections, and commissioning
• Coordinate with vendors for components, parts, and repair solutions
• Prepare basic technical reports and maintain job records
• Support opportunity identification during field visits

Profile

• Electronics/Electrical Engineer with 5+ years experience
• Experience in MRO / repair / field engineering
• Strong troubleshooting and hands-on skills
• Comfortable with site work, vendors, and documentation
