Job Title: Service Executive

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Service Executive to provide exceptional support to our organization. Under the guidance of a supervisor, you will handle front-office and back-office functions, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. 

Responsibilities:

1. Data Management and Operations Support

2. Client Servicing 

3. Seminar, Webinar, and Informal Activities Coordination

4. Work related follow-ups and support

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Graduation or equivalent qualification; additional certifictions or degrees are a plus

2. Experience in administrative or support roles, showcasing strong organizational abilities

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client engagement

4. Proficiency in MS office and database management systems

5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

7. Adaptability and multitasking skills

8. Experience 1-2 years (Freshers can also apply)
