Shift Leader / Shift Incharge (Evening Shift)

We are looking for a responsible Shift Leader who can independently manage the evening operations and ensure every customer receives a consistent, high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Team & Kitchen OperationsLead the evening shift and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Assign every KOT to the appropriate commis.
• Ensure all recipes and SOPs are followed consistently.
• Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Maintain speed of service during peak hours.
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are maintained throughout the shift.
• Order ManagementVerify every order before dispatch.
• Ensure packing matches the KOT accurately.
• Coordinate online orders from Zomato, Swiggy, and direct customers.
• Minimize order errors and delays.
• Customer ServiceWelcome every customer with a smile.
• Take dine-in orders when required.
• Serve food to outdoor seating.
• Clear and sanitize tables after every guest.
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
• Inventory & Store ManagementRecord opening and closing stock.
• Report shortages or wastage.
• Follow Petpooja billing procedures accurately.
• Perform daily cash and order reconciliation.
• Complete the restaurant closing checklist before locking the store.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in a QSR, café, restaurant, or cloud kitchen.
• Leadership or supervisor experience preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy hours.
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
• Basic knowledge of Petpooja POS is an advantage.
