Qualification : - Graduated

Job description:-

* Manage and supervise café operations during assigned shifts.

* Lead, coach, and motivate café associates to deliver excellent customer service.

* Ensure adherence to company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards.

* Monitor sales performance and support achievement of business targets.

* Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues effectively.

* Manage shift scheduling, staff deployment, and attendance.

* Conduct shift briefings and ensure smooth communication among team members.

* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

* Handle cash management, billing accuracy, and shift-end reconciliation.

* Ensure café cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness.

* Prepare daily operational reports and share updates with management.

* Train and develop team members to improve performance and productivity.

 *Preferred Skills*

* Team management and coaching.

* Problem-solving and decision-making.

* Sales and operational management.

* Knowledge of café operations and food safety standards.
