Job Description
Office Boy / Field Executive (Logistics)
Company: Swenlog Supply Chain Solutions Pvt Ltd
Location: Mumbai (Malad)
Role OverviewWe are looking for a reliable Office Boy / Field Executive to support daily logistics and office operations, including document handling, bank work, and coordination with shipping lines and vendors.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandling document collection & submission (BL, DO, invoices, etc.)
- Visiting shipping lines, CHA offices, and banks for work
- Assisting with Delivery Order (DO) collection
- Managing courier dispatches and office documentation
- Supporting basic office tasks and coordination
- Running errands as required for operations team
- RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
- Prior experience in logistics field work preferred
- Basic understanding of documents (BL, invoices) is a plus
- Should be street-smart, punctual, and responsible
- Must be comfortable with travel within Mumbai
- Compensation INR 14,000 - 20,000 (depending on experience)
- Additional Conveyance reimbursement
- Preferred CandidatesCandidates with prior experience in:
- Freight forwarders
- CHA offices
- Courier companies
