Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Shop Helper to assist with daily shop operations, customer service, stock handling, and local deliveries. The candidate should be punctual, honest, and able to manage both shopkeeping and delivery responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in the shop politely and professionally
  • Handle packing, billing support, and product arrangement
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
  • Manage stock loading/unloading and inventory support
  • Deliver products safely and on time to nearby customers
  • Collect payments during delivery if required
  • Support the shop owner/staff with daily operational tasks
  • Ensure proper handling of products during transport
