Job Description: We are looking for a confident and responsible Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities for our banquet hall project, temporary / semi-permanent structural works, MS structure erection, installation works, and AC-related site coordination.

The candidate should be able to independently supervise labour, contractors, fabricators, technicians, and vendors on site. He should be practical, site-oriented, and capable of getting work executed as per instructions, drawings, timelines, and quality requirements.

• Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site work for civil, MS structural erection, roofing, cladding, flooring, finishing, electrical, plumbing, and AC-related works.
• Coordinate with labour teams, contractors, fabricators, welders, crane operators, AC technicians, electricians, and other vendors.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, measurements, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Maintain daily site progress and report the same to management.
• Check material received at site and ensure proper usage, storage, and wastage control.
• Take measurements and verify contractor / labour work done on site.
• Ensure timely completion of work and push labour teams to achieve daily targets.
• Handle minor site-level decisions and solve practical site problems.
• Coordinate for erection and installation of MS structures, German hangars, trusses, roofing sheets, side cladding, platforms, doors, and related works.
• Coordinate with AC vendors for ducting, indoor / outdoor unit installation, copper piping, electrical load, drainage, and servicing requirements.
• Maintain discipline at site and command labour confidently.
• Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and proper working environment.
• Be present during important inspections, material unloading, structural erection, and major installation activities.
• Confidently handle and coordinate with BMC / government / local authority representatives if they visit the site.
• Inform management immediately about any site issues, authority visits, accidents, delays, or disputes.
• Candidate Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of site experience preferred.
• Experience in civil works, MS fabrication, structural erection, industrial sheds, banquet halls, studios, warehouses, hangars, or similar projects will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of AC installation and coordination is preferred.
• Must be confident in handling labour and contractors.
• Should be able to read basic drawings and take measurements.
• Should be practical, hardworking, punctual, and site-focused.
• Must be comfortable working 7 days a week as per site requirements.
• Should be able to communicate properly with management, contractors, labour, and government / BMC officials.
• Must have a two-wheeler or be willing to travel between sites if required.
