Social Media Executive

Content Creation & Storytelling

* Create engaging content around rugs, carpets, shawls, scarves, collections, installations, projects, craftsmanship, design, and brand stories.

* Identify content opportunities from daily business activities.

* Develop creative concepts for social media posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.

* Support launches of new collections, products, brands, and business initiatives.

Photography & Videography

* Conduct regular in-house photography and videography using company-provided equipment.

* Capture product arrivals, new collections, installations, client projects, showroom activity, exhibitions, and behind-the-scenes content.

* Ensure important products, collections, and projects are documented before dispatch or completion.

* Assist with basic product styling and presentation during shoots.

Content Editing & Production

* Edit photographs, reels, short-form videos, and social media content.

* Create visually appealing content suitable for Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, websites, and marketplaces.

* Maintain consistency in content quality and brand presentation.

Social Media Management

* Manage day-to-day activities across social media platforms.

* Develop and maintain content calendars.

* Schedule, publish, and monitor content performance.

* Manage comments, messages, and community engagement.

Brand Support

* Work closely with management and the design team to maintain brand consistency.

* Support exhibitions, launches, events, photoshoots, and marketing initiatives.

* Coordinate with external photographers, videographers, agencies, and freelancers whenever required.

Digital Asset Management

* Maintain an organized library of photographs, videos, reels, and digital assets.

* Ensure content is properly archived and easily accessible for future use.

AI-Assisted Content Creation

* Use AI tools to support content ideation, caption writing, storytelling, image enhancement, script creation, and workflow efficiency.

Desired Skills

* Strong creative and visual instincts.

* Good photography and videography skills using smartphones and basic equipment.

* Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar tools.

* Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and digital content trends.

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools.

* Ability to work independently and execute quickly.

Preferred Background

Candidates from home décor, furniture, furnishings, textiles, fashion, accessories, lifestyle brands, D2C brands, luxury products, content creation, or social media backgrounds will be preferred.

Experience

* 2 + years of experience in content creation, social media management, digital content, brand marketing, or related fields
