Marqetrix Web Solutions is a web solutions company delivering creative and results-driven digital services to our clients. We're looking for a Social Media Specialist who can build brand presence, drive engagement, and manage social media strategy across platforms for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
• Develop engaging content — posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos — aligned with client brand voice
• Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and audience interaction
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and platform algorithm updates to keep strategies current
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Track and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions) using analytics tools
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and video editors to produce high-quality creative assets
• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
• Research and identify relevant influencers or collaboration opportunities where applicable
• Stay updated on competitor social activity and industry best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably for brands/clients
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and their best practices
• Experience with social media management/scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of running paid social campaigns and interpreting ad performance data
• Excellent writing and communication skills with an eye for tone and brand voice
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, native platform analytics)
• Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) is a plus
• Creative mindset with strong attention to trends and detail
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts/projects simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Experience with influencer marketing/collaborations
• Knowledge of SEO principles as they relate to social content
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills
• Copywriting experience for ad creatives
