Job Description:

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to drive lead generation and channel partner sourcing for premium real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge and an established network in Navi Mumbai, Thane, or South Mumbai (SoBo) markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through channel partners, brokers, and direct sourcing activities. 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and referral networks. 
• Conduct market mapping and identify new sourcing opportunities. 
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective lead conversion. 
• Organize sourcing activities, roadshows, and broker engagement programs. 
• Achieve monthly sourcing and revenue targets. 
• Maintain accurate records and MIS reports of sourcing activities. 

Candidate Profile:

• 3–8 years of experience in real estate sourcing, channel sales, or business development. 
• Prior experience in Navi Mumbai or Thane real estate markets is mandatory. 
• Strong network of brokers, channel partners, and local market contacts. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. 
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period preferred. 

Compensation:

• CTC: ₹7 – ₹8 LPA
