The ideal candidate will have experience in interior painting, texture finishes, and decorative surface applications. The role involves working on high-quality residential and commercial projects with precision and professionalism.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming before painting
• Apply paints, coatings, textures, and special finishes as per design requirements
• Handle materials like texture paints, liquid metal coatings, veneers (basic understanding preferred)
• Mix and match paint colors as per client specifications
• Ensure smooth, high-quality finishes with attention to detail
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area cleanliness
• Follow safety guidelines and site protocols
• Coordinate with supervisors, designers, and site teams
• 🧰 Skills & Requirements:Proven experience as a painter (minimum 1–5 years preferred)
• Knowledge of texture paints and decorative finishes (important for your business)
• Ability to work with different tools: spray machines, rollers, brushes
• Understanding of surface preparation techniques
• Physical stamina and ability to work on-site
• Team player with a professional attitude
• 🎓 Education & Experience:No formal education required (preferred: basic schooling)
• Relevant hands-on experience is mandatory
