Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide stewards and service staff during shifts
- Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest queries or complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
- Train and mentor junior stewards and new team members
- Monitor table setup, service quality, and presentation standards
- Assist in inventory control of service equipment and supplies
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Flexible to work in shifts
