Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced and compassionate Staff Nurses for Homecare Services across Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients at their homes, ensuring comfort, safety, and quality treatment as per doctor’s advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients at home as per medical requirements.
• Monitor vital signs such as BP, pulse, temperature, oxygen level, etc.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments.
• Handle wound dressing, catheter care, tracheostomy care, and feeding tubes if required.
• Support bedridden, elderly, post-surgery, and chronic care patients.
• Maintain patient records and daily care reports.
• Educate family members regarding patient care and hygiene practices.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety standards.
• Coordinate with doctors, family members, and healthcare team for treatment updates.

Required Skills:

• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Good communication and polite behavior
• Experience in homecare, ICU, ward, elderly care preferred
• Ability to travel across Mumbai
• Emergency handling and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude

Eligibility Criteria:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing from recognized institute
• Valid Nursing Council Registration preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare / hospital / homecare industry
• Experience with critical care, elderly care, or post-operative care preferred
