Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Take rapid shorthand dictation and transcribe notes accurately into documents and emails.
  • Draft, type, and format reports, letters, documents, and official business correspondence.
  • Efficiently maintain and organize physical files and digital records in PC.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) for daily data entry, updating and tracking sheets, and general clerical tasks.
  • Ensure clear and professional written and verbal English communication with clients, vendors, and internal logistics teams.
