Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and acquire new clients through direct sales and B2B business development.
- Convert leads into active trading and investment clients.
- Reactivate dormant clients and increase their trading activity.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to improve retention.
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling of financial products.
- Assist clients with account opening, KYC documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Provide support on equity and stock market-related products and services.
- Achieve monthly business, activation, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with partners and clients to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor client portfolios and proactively engage clients to increase business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- NISM Certification (Mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Stock Market / Broking Industry.
- Knowledge of Equity Markets, Client Acquisition, and Relationship Management.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills. 📈
