Job Description

  • Job Role & Responsibilities1. Packing & DispatchPack garments carefully for courier and transport.
  • Prepare parcels according to invoices.
  • Label and organize shipments.
  • Coordinate with courier and transport companies.
  • 2. Inventory SupportArrange garments in racks and shelves.
  • Assist in stock counting and stock audits.
  • Help in receiving new stock and checking quantities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • 3. Office AssistanceServe tea, water, and refreshments to visitors.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the office, showroom, and pantry.
  • Photocopy, scan, and file documents.
  • Purchase office supplies when required.
  • 4. Loading & UnloadingAssist in loading and unloading garment cartons.
  • Move cartons between warehouse, showroom, and dispatch area.
  • Handle parcels weighing up to 10–15 kg safely.
  • 5. Delivery & ErrandsVisit courier offices, banks, and nearby vendors.
  • Deliver urgent documents or small parcels locally when required.
  • 6. Customer SupportWelcome customers.
  • Offer water and assist the sales team during busy hours.
  • Help carry selected garments to the billing or packing area.
  • 7. General ResponsibilitiesFollow instructions from the Operations Manager or Store Manager.
  • Maintain punctuality and discipline.
  • Report any stock damage or shortages immediately.
